- FILL OUT THE RETURNS / EXCHANGE FORM. THIS IS INCLUDED IN YOUR ORDER.
- ITEM(S) ARE SENT BACK TO BLESSED BRIDES AT THE CUSTOMER’S COST USING A TRACEABLE SHIPPING METHOD.
- ALL ITEMS ARE ASSESSED AT BLESSED BRIDES TO ENSURE OUR RETURNS STANDARDS ARE MET PRIOR TO SENDING OUT AN EXCHANGE AND OR ISSUING A REFUND.
WE DO NOT REFUND THE SHIPPING COST ON ANY RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ORDER; ONLY THE COST OF THE ACTUAL ITEMS RETURNED WILL BE REFUNDED.
